Help us build T3chFest

Thank you for considering your participation as a T3chFest speaker! Your collaboration allows us to offer attendants the greatest variety in the program. The Call for Talks will be open until December 7th (included) December 3rd. We will carefully evaluate your proposals and setting up the program afterwards.

Everybody can make a proposal. We look for talks or workshops about technology innovation. Inspirational proposals are better, but we also chose technical deepening talks. Our audience is 50% students 50% professionals approximately.

Guide in our blog with more details (ES).

If you want your company to be part of T3chFest, please go to our sponsors section and do not hesitate to contact us. We will find the way to collaborate with you!

Besides, this year workshops will not take place during the event. With the intention of not forcing attendees to choose between workshops and talks, workshops will take place at the Saturday prior to the event (March 9th) with T3chFest's hackathon. The format will remain the same as previous years: between 30 and 40 participants, with a duration of 100 minutes, and with a completely practical nature. Go for it!

Finally, as in the last edition, we offer partial support for transportation expenses (for both talks and workshops). We also remind you that lunch expenses, during the event, are covered by T3chFest. Once the organization have selected the talks and workshops for T3chFest, new information will be sent to you.

Format

  • Talks have a duration of 40 minutes + 10 minutes for questions.
  • Workshops have a duration of 100 minutes, and must have a completely practical nature. They will take place at the Saturday prior to the event (March 9th).
